Includes two 1" x 3.5" plates and marble base. One plate will be placed on the Wall of Names by NMU staff. One will be mailed to you mounted on a marble base with a smaller plate beneath it reading.

Please provide us with the information necessary to create your plate below. If you would like to be present for your plate placement or have a specific location of placement on the wall in mind or another request regarding your plate please provide that information in the “Special Requests” section. All ordering information is kept confidential and is used only for record keeping and the creation of your plate.

Orders are sent to the engraver on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Please allow a 6-8 week turn-around period from the time your order is placed with the engraver.
